Last night, at the annual Passaic County Education Association (PCEA) and Passaic County School Boards Association (PCSBA) ceremony held at Manchester Regional High School, a truly deserving individual was honored. It is with immense pride that I announce Cadet Nazario Valdez of Passaic High School as this year’s recipient of the prestigious Unsung Hero Award.
Cadet Valdez embodies the spirit of quiet dedication, unwavering commitment, and selfless service. He consistently goes above and beyond, not for recognition, but for the betterment of his school and community. His contributions, often behind the scenes, have made a significant positive impact.
