The spirit of inclusion and athletic achievement burned brightly in Passaic as students from Passaic High School (PHS) once again participated in the annual Special Olympics Torch Run. This inspiring event, a cornerstone of community engagement for PHS, saw students actively involved in carrying the “Flame of Hope” and raising awareness for Special Olympics New Jersey.
The Torch Run, a celebrated tradition across the state, culminates in the lighting of the cauldron at the Special Olympics New Jersey Summer Games.
