The LEADHER Collective is kicking off its Spring 2026 Teen Girls Mentoring Program this Thursday, March 19, and students in grades 8–12 from Passaic, Clifton, and Paterson are invited to participate.
This program provides a supportive space for young women to build leadership skills, strengthen self-confidence, and engage in meaningful personal growth. Weekly sessions feature workshops, guest speakers, creativity activities, community service opportunities, and small-group “sister circle” discussions designed to empower participants.
