Passaic Public Schools invites families to an exciting evening of exploration, creativity, and hands‑on learning at this year’s STEAM Family Night, hosted at the Passaic Academy for Science & Engineering. The event will take place on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 291 Lafayette Avenue, Passaic, NJ.
STEAM Family Night brings together science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics through interactive stations designed for students of all ages. Families will have the opportunity to engage in activities that encourage curiosity, problem‑solving, and discovery in a supportive and fun environment.
STEM‑Tastic Activities for All Ages
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., families can participate in a wide range of STEM‑based activities led by PAS&E staff. Each station offers opportunities to experiment, build, design, and learn together. Activities are accessible for younger students while still engaging for older learners, making this a true family event.
STEM Fair Help Session
In addition to the activity stations, PAS&E science teachers will host a STEM Fair Help Session from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Students can bring their project ideas, drafts, or in‑progress work and receive guidance and feedback from experienced educators. This session is designed to support students as they prepare for upcoming STEM fair presentations.
